What is InfoSafe?

InfoSafe securely stores your notes, passwords, and sensitive information in an encrypted MySQL database. Each entry is organized hierarchically as a “node”, allowing unlimited nesting and tagging for easy navigation.

Main Features
  • 🔐 All titles and content are encrypted — only decrypted in memory.
  • 🧩 Organize using parent-child nodes and drag-and-drop reordering.
  • 🏷️ Add tags to filter or search related entries instantly.
  • 📦 Import legacy RTF-based InfoSafe data from older systems.
  • 💾 Encrypted MySQL backend — secure even if database is compromised.
Using the App
  • 📁 Use the left panel to browse or reorder nodes.
  • 📝 Select a node to view or edit its content in the right panel.
  • 🔍 Use the floating “Tools” button to search, add, or delete nodes.
  • 💡 The “Drop here” area lets you move an item to become a root node.
Security Notes
  • 🔑 AES-encrypted storage: decryption key derived from environment variable + user credentials.
  • 🧱 No content is sent outside your own server.
  • 🕵️‍♂️ Even MySQL administrators cannot read your stored data directly.

Version 1.0 · Built with Blazorise and MySQL 8
